Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase either digitally or physically with your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A restocking fee of 20% will be retained from your refund if the product arrives damaged, or the original packaging is damaged and deemed unusable, per our discretion.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you cannot answer YES to all of the following questions, your refund claim will be denied:
-Is the item still brand new and has not been installed?
-Is the item still in the original RSpro packaging?
-Is the purchase date less than 30 days ago?
-Is the item NOT a special order or custom item?

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@rspro.shop.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Discounts
Discount codes offered by RSpro are only applicable on RSpro items. Discount codes are not applicable on Nankang Motorsport Tires.
Details of discount timeframes will be laid out in whatever means the discount is distributed (social media, email, flyer, etc.) and will not be extended. These time frames are based in Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (EST/EDT).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or have a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rspro.shop and send your item to:

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us if you have questions about international shipping.
Shipping rates for items are both size- and weight-based. Weights will be rounded up to the next full pound to reflect policies from our shipping providers.
If your product has not arrived or was marked as delivered and is not at your desired delivery location, please contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.
If the product arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.
If a claim is opened, we are happy to send any information needed to fulfill an investigation.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
